Who handles your information?
nigeQ, based in Turku, Finland, handles programme enquiries. Contact info@nigeq.com about your application or personal data. Access is limited to the people handling enquiries and the service providers needed to receive and reply to them.
What we collect and why
We collect the contact, organisation and programme details you enter, your language, the date of the enquiry and any optional marketing choice. We use these to assess fit, answer questions and prepare a possible agreement. We do not sell application details or use them for automated acceptance decisions.
The basis for handling your details
We handle an enquiry to take steps towards an agreement at your request, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries when you represent an organisation. Optional programme marketing is based on your separate consent. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your application.
Storage and retention
In local review mode, submissions stay in a private folder on the review computer and no email is sent. In the live service, enquiries and replies are handled through nigeQ’s business email provider. We aim to delete enquiries that do not lead to an agreement within 12 months of the last contact. If an agreement follows, contractual and statutory retention rules may apply. Optional marketing details are kept until you withdraw consent, with a review after 24 months.
Security and service providers
The live application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse; technical browser and network information may be processed for this purpose. Website hosting and email providers also process technical logs. Provider arrangements, processing locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before public launch. Please do not include client records or sensitive personal information in an application.
Your choices and rights
Contact info@nigeq.com to request access, correction or deletion, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, or to ask about restriction or portability where applicable. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi. The site remembers your language choice in your browser; you can clear it in browser settings.
