Early Adopter Programme

Get ahead of AI governance.

Become an nigeQ Early Adopter. Work directly with the creators of Governance Cockpit (nGC) to build a practical foundation for AI risks, responsibilities and evidence.

A supported engagement, with a clear starting point

This is a paid programme with an agreed scope, not an invitation to test software for free. Security hardening and validation with real AI providers are still in progress. We will agree readiness requirements and an onboarding date with you before deployment begins.

Choose a starting point

6–8 week evaluation

Explore nGC against a defined governance need, with onboarding, direct support and a review of what you have learned. We agree the scope and success criteria together.

12-month Early Adopter licence

Build on a longer-term foundation with an annual licence and an agreed support package. Deployment scope, support and review points are set out in your agreement.

We provide a written proposal covering fees, VAT, scope and support before you commit. Applying does not place an order or create a payment obligation.

What you receive

  • Onboarding and a scope matched to your organisation’s needs.
  • Help organising AI ownership, risks, decisions and supporting records in nGC.
  • Agreed support, documented findings and opportunities to influence development through structured feedback.

What makes a good fit

  • An identifiable AI governance need and someone internally who supports the work.
  • A named contact and time to agree a use case, share relevant information and take part in onboarding.
  • Willingness to share feedback. We agree access and confidentiality before sensitive information is shared.

What happens next

  1. Tell us about your organisation and what you want to achieve.
  2. We arrange an introductory conversation and assess whether the programme fits.
  3. Together, we agree scope, commercial terms, data handling and readiness requirements.
  4. After agreement, we schedule onboarding. Applying alone commits you to nothing.

Questions before you apply

Where will nGC run?

We assess the deployment arrangement with you. Hosting location, access, security measures and any integrations must be agreed in writing. This page does not promise a particular hosting or self-hosting option.

Should I send client or sensitive data now?

No. The application only needs business contact details and a short description of your needs. We agree data processing, confidentiality and access before any project data is shared.

What does the agreement cover?

Your proposal sets out the evaluation or licence period, permitted use, deployment scope, support, fees and next steps. Applying is not an order, a licence or a guarantee of admission.

Does using nGC guarantee compliance?

No. nGC supports governance work and record keeping. Your organisation remains responsible for its decisions, legal obligations and specialist advice where needed.
